A narrative is not met by the circumstances of the officer involved shooting. The shooting looks to have been justified while organizers of the insurrection on the ground look to have been in the wings waiting for a signal to go for violence, rioting, and looting.

I think its unrealistic to expect every politician to talk about every thing going all the time. They haven't said anything about Milwaukee because they're too busy campaigning.
