That is what confuses me about the lack of positions available to our veterans NCOS and retirees that have a wealth of knowledge and experience that is perfect for the corporate world it is not just the officers that could be an asset, but the NCOs maybe even more at times. As the saying goes the NCOs are the backbone of the Army, we are the go between for the officers and the juniors and we are the glue that keeps it all together and moving forward in the fight and the overall picture.
SFC James Baber Thu, 19 Dec 2013 21:46:57 -0500 2013-12-19T21:46:57-05:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 19 at 2013 9:49 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-can-you-translate-leadership-skills-as-a-nco-to-corporate-sector?n=24223&urlhash=24223

I would use The Army Values as a foundation. We have this documented and able to show potential employers. I have succeeded with this several times! SGT Shon D.
