We can tweak them slightly to improve the services and benefits they receive, but we cannot outright change them. For new personnel, pick a date in the future, and everyone beyond that point in time operates under the new regulations governing services and benefits.Response by SCPO Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 28 at 2016 7:57 AM2016-06-28T07:57:32-04:002016-06-28T07:57:32-04:00SSG Robert Smith1670055<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Take the benefits away from Congresd.Response by SSG Robert Smith made Jun 28 at 2016 9:26 AM2016-06-28T09:26:55-04:002016-06-28T09:26:55-04:00CSM Darieus ZaGara1671917<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Why would you want to improve the benefits overall and not allow those who came before you to reep the same benefit. If you are suggesting the opposite, I have never seen benefits erode when a change is initiated, they are almost always grandfathered.Response by CSM Darieus ZaGara made Jun 28 at 2016 5:58 PM2016-06-28T17:58:21-04:002016-06-28T17:58:21-04:002016-06-28T07:54:20-04:00
