I was stationed at Bragg, my daughter was going to to college in El Paso. I did my part of the paperwork at my BDE S-1 sent it to my daughter. She went to Bliss, gave them the paperwork and got a new ID. Took a little longer but it all worked out in the end. There are also reserve and national guard units just about everywhere that can help. They maintain a DEERS ID facility. It is not just for National Guard. I go to Raleigh to get my ID card instead of Bragg. I walk in and I am out of there in 10 minutes with a new ID card. I would reach out to those facilities for help.

And you can do it online know it looks like. Here a link to an online location for IDs.

https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/self_service/rapids/unauthenticated Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 25 at 2015 8:40 AM 2015-07-25T08:40:52-04:00 2015-07-25T08:40:52-04:00 2015-07-24T21:23:56-04:00
