Since I am past my 8 years MSO I know the IRR assignment will not be automatic. Guard Retention NCO doesn't want to do an IRR contract because I won't extend/re-enlist in the guard. I do not want to completely get out because I plan on possibly getting back in a TPU USAR slot. Anyone dealt with this, 368 not an option. How can I transfer NG to IRR when I'm at my ETS with 10 years TIS?2016-06-07T00:40:42-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member1603238<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am approaching 90 days from ETS, I am an E5 with 10 years TIS in the Guard. Reclass to another MOS, transfer to another unit, go ING for 6 months but don't shoot yourself in the foot and throw awy 10 years of your life. Think how fast 10 years goes by, I blinked and my first 20 were gone.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 7 at 2016 1:43 AM2016-06-07T01:43:08-04:002016-06-07T01:43:08-04:002016-06-07T00:40:42-04:00
