You will be considered a prior service vet but as long as you still meet at ualifications and haven’t been in the Army for long you will fine. As a recruiter I am currently working with 2 guys who are prior Army trying to go Navy. You could get a conditional release, (DD 368,) and if your CoC buys off and approves, then you can start the process of joining. All depends on how much time you have remaining on your current contract until your EAOS though.
