How can I research for more information about this veteran?

Some folks in Missoula Montana were cleaning up around their property and in a pile of rubble, they found this headstone. Now they are wondering if there is any family in the area or anywhere for that matter. They would like to know if there is any family, whether or not they would care to have this headstone.

Here's a link to a 2013 obituary for his daughter. Maybe this can point you in the direction of some of his remaining family members. It lists a number of people who are her survivors.
