How can I get a Vettix account removed from suspension?

I am trying to contact Vetix to remove an account suspension and there is no way to do this on the site. Does anyone know how to get an account removed from suspension?

Mark,
Your account was suspended because your ISP flagged emails coming from the Vet Tix server as spam. When this happens, your account will be automatically suspended. It is stated in the sign up instructions;
Update your spam protection to all emails from vettix.org
add [login to see] and [login to see] to your contacts now!

My Vettix account got suspended, but I did send a pic of the event we attended… I’ve tried and tried to contact them but had no luck. Can someone help me please and see what I can do???

Please help I signed in wrong n my account is suspended. I don't understand why there's no way to correct things n automatically suspend ppls accounts.
