That person will likely know where some 920A's are. I know in the past this is a shortage area for WO's. If the rest of your shit is together, I bet that having a senior Log Warrant who does not really know you, sign off on your packet, will not be a big deal. <br /><br />Again, seek guidance from your packet handlers.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 4 at 2016 11:33 AM2016-03-04T11:33:44-05:002016-03-04T11:33:44-05:00MAJ Ken Landgren1354345<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If your chain of command does not support you, find a WO in your prospective field and explain the situation for an interview and LOR.Response by MAJ Ken Landgren made Mar 4 at 2016 11:59 AM2016-03-04T11:59:40-05:002016-03-04T11:59:40-05:00CPT Pedro Meza1354838<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>WO positions is based on the needs of the ARMY, and given that combat MOS are now open to women, I would look at what WO fields are open for you to apply under the new requirements. That's what I did. If you are in a individual unit with no other units around, road trip to the nearest base. Sometimes there are many of them and sometimes they are very few if any. Good luck and don't quit on your dreams and goals. Try not to let discouragement get the best of you. Knock on every unit door until you find one. Make friends, explain what it is that you want to do and you should be good to go. I had a CW4 ready to recommend me and we never worked together. We worked in the same building and we always spoke to each other in passing. He knew of me and I knew of him and that was it. The first time I mentioned WO packet, he committed himself to recommending me. Good luck and Take Care Of The Soldiers!Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 20 at 2016 10:27 PM2016-04-20T22:27:33-04:002016-04-20T22:27:33-04:002016-03-04T10:15:32-05:00
