So, as long as you know when EIB happens every year, that's when you should be doing ESBResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 20 at 2022 8:48 AM2022-02-20T08:48:14-05:002022-02-20T08:48:14-05:00SGM Erik Marquez7536070

Like the EIB, EFMB or even APFT, ACFT there should be no weeks-long train-up. The idea is not to see if you can become an expert for a day, it's to test if you have already BECOME an expert at set skills.
Should there be a practice run or two? YES, so you can learn the testing procedures and have a fair chance at evualtion. But the training days before test week is not to suddenly learn how to become an expert (or fit) for a test.
In any case SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member as noted by others, your company CO and 1SG have the info you seek (or if not, it's not available or they failed at their job)Response by SGM Erik Marquez made Feb 20 at 2022 12:01 PM2022-02-20T12:01:21-05:002022-02-20T12:01:21-05:002022-02-20T01:47:35-05:00
