SPC Private RallyPoint Member6852738

Need some input on how to go about my IRR packet, which has been kicked back. But now I am being requested to attach a justification memo.

Seems like I’m in a bind with my unit and not really getting much input or feedback just robotic email responses. I am having trouble keeping up with going to scheduled BA’s, I’ve spoken up about this. With not much of any family to help and them being states away and child care not so accessible specifically for weekends. To add on spouse is on active side and has been gone pretty much this whole year...will deploy also soon. There is more to this than just that but can’t type everything out.

Anyway my IRR packet has just been kicked back and they now want a justification memo..that is all the info I received. Nothing as to why this has happened. Also UA typed up a simple memo for me to just sign and send off already...but should I not be putting more emphasis on this memo so that my packet will be approved? Also, why would my packet just now get kicked back and what for?

With my initial packet I just signed the 4856 and 4651 and it was sent up. There was no talk about what would work best for me and I was aware I didn’t have any flags or unsatisfactory year. So, why would this packet be kicked back? How can I determine why my IRR packet was kicked back?2021-03-25T16:16:48-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member6852738

Need some input on how to go about my IRR packet, which has been kicked back. It is just a a simple memo stating why you want to go into the IRR. There are many reasons it might get kicked back, one of the main ones I got hit with is because 4e. not being correct. Your ARA can see why it was kicked back in ePAT. Because when higher returns it they put a reason why it was returned.Response by SFC Steven Borders made Mar 25 at 2021 5:03 PM2021-03-25T17:03:30-04:002021-03-25T17:03:30-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member6853009

The packet is in your mil email.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 25 at 2021 6:19 PM2021-03-25T18:19:53-04:002021-03-25T18:19:53-04:00SFC Ralph E Kelley6853071

SPC Private RallyPoint Member - Are you in a critical MOS?
Do you have Secret or higher Clearance?
Do you have any 'bad time'? Basically what you said in this is the rationale. You need to put it into a memorandum format.Response by COL Jon Thompson made Mar 26 at 2021 7:31 PM2021-03-26T19:31:37-04:002021-03-26T19:31:37-04:002021-03-25T16:16:48-04:00
