My wife moved to Miami, Florida for her post-doc. We no longer have a place in Oxford, Ohio and have a signed rental agreement for an apartment in Miami, FL as of 4/14/2019. They said that Ohio doesn&#39;t like to change people&#39;s BAH while on mission because a few people over time have committed fraud by claiming their address was in New York or California or somewhere that gets $4000-$6000 a month BAH. This is the same S1 that notarized my rental agreement so he knows I&#39;m not trying to do that. My BAH is only going up by $500 even though my rent is jumping over $1000 so I&#39;m not trying to bank money off the government... and I have the signed notarized rental agreement. Is there any recourse I can take?
