She's doing it just fine and has the support of our President Barack Obama, the DNC and Democratic Caucus in the House and Senate. And more importantly Law Enforcement Officials in our government have stated that she will not be indicted for criminal wrongdoing regarding her emails and server. However there is a cloud of doubt in the general public hanging over us for the past few weeks as we learn more about the Clinton Foundation, emails sent to Hillary Clinton with the names of covert agents and drones targeting in Pakistan.
The President has said this investigation by the DOJ and FBI into the security breach at Hillary's home server and emails will not be politicized and his administration will not interfere with it.

But if you want my honest assessment of this whole mess about her emails, server and foundation we have an old saying in Boston politics dating back to the days of mayor James Michael Curley.." Not too worry the fix is in!!"...or in other words Obama has assured Hillary to go and get it and don't worry about being indicted he has her back"

She can because POTUS will not charge her with a crime. She in not only above the law she is the law-hold on to political power any way you can and if soldiers and operatives die - they are just collateral damage. Rule MUST be maintained.

Because neither of those are Constitutional Disqualifiers.

It's really that simple. You can be a convicted felon and run for President.

The virtue of the Billet grants a Security Clearance. It's not like they do a "Background Check" on the President for Trustworthiness. The President gets a Clearance when elected as a matter of Necessity and because they were Elected President.

She meets all the Constitutional Requirements. Age 35+. Natural Born Citizen. Resident of the US for last 14+ years. Not Impeached and Barred from future service.

Because we the people allow it. She didn't vote herself in. But it's good news. Typically if you have a past you can't run. They think we can't forgive. But I hope this proves to some that if your a good person but have made a mistake you could still run. I don't trust someone who has never screwed up

I except and understand why pending legal action does not prohibit them from running

If all it took was a threat of legal action to stop a candidate from running a campaign in a poet could easily set something like that up

The bigger question is what happens if the candidate is selected an elected and then indicted and then found guilty

Because she's so awesome. The Clintons have been accused of many crimes over the years, and involved in numerous scandals, but it turns out that it's always part of the vast right-wing conspiracy; just their opponents making stuff up about them. What really gets me is ANY military personnel, past or present, who support her. The reason is quite simple, and us, that our oath requires us to protect and defend the Constitution, she clearly curtailed it's article I Section 3 by running for senate of the state of NY.

So the first lady for Alabama, who then became the first lady of the US, magically turns into a NY resident while residing in the white house. It is nauseating how they overlook this.

So the law does not apply to this wicked witch at all. She is free to do whatever she wants, the law be damned.

We, as a society, found all the repulsive activities of a sitting president to be acceptable and is still an icon to the left. It would appear that being morally bankrupt and "crooked" is a requirement for the nomination. It's a continuation of what got Obama president 7 years ago.
How can a man that has his citizenship (A requirement to be president) in dispute be allowed to run, let alone, gain the presidency? Before the trolls start; I said "dispute" not "proven." I would've thought a dispute, until proven, would have been enough to disqualify him from running.
Hillary on the other hand, is showing some nerve by thinking she has a chance. I'm not ruling her out though. Nobody thought Obama stood a chance but all the sudden his competitors started falling by the wayside. She seems awful smug about the whole email debacle too.
Are people so shortsighted that they'll overlook all she has done.
As I see it her biggest feat of her political career is staying out of prison.

No different from a Soldier being up for a promotion while under a sexual harassment investigation. Until final adjudication no unfavorable action can be taken. She, like the Soldier just has to hope for a complete exoneration AFTER the election/promotion. Also doesn't hurt to have the full "influence" of the White House behind you.
