SPC Jeff Hodge 6032584 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>why is my article 15 showing as an arrest on my record when fingerprints are ran? I was under the impression non judicial punishment was not supposed to be a criminal conviction? Additionally is there a way to get it removed? How can an article 15 show as a charge on your record? 2020-06-22T14:14:40-04:00 SPC Jeff Hodge 6032584 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>why is my article 15 showing as an arrest on my record when fingerprints are ran? Unless your article 15 was the result of or related to a civilian arrest it should not be on your criminal record. The fact that the unit did an Article 15 doesn&#39;t make the arrest go away. You were still arrested.
