Unless your article 15 was the result of or related to a civilian arrest it should not be on your criminal record.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 22 at 2020 2:21 PM2020-06-22T14:21:09-04:002020-06-22T14:21:09-04:00SFC Michael Hasbun6032883<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>That would only happen if you were arrested, and then subsequently received an Art. 15. The fact that the unit did an Article 15 doesn't make the arrest go away. You were still arrested.Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Jun 22 at 2020 3:59 PM2020-06-22T15:59:01-04:002020-06-22T15:59:01-04:00SSG Bill McCoy6601004<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Art 15's are NON-Judicial and are NOT considered as a "criminal record." In fact, neither is a Summary Court Martial; but in that case - depending on the offense, it may be in an FBI file - I forget what it's called, but certain offenses receive a numeric designation or ID and that may be in an FBI record.Response by SSG Bill McCoy made Dec 22 at 2020 6:04 PM2020-12-22T18:04:28-05:002020-12-22T18:04:28-05:002020-06-22T14:14:40-04:00
