How are you doing your taxes this year?

April 15 is quickly approaching and there are a number of changes to the tax codes both federal and state levels. Have you done your taxes yet and if not, how do you plan to do them?

Already done and my returns are back and in the bank. Even though the family has a number of income streams, they are all straight forward, so I do my own taxes.

After getting burned by Turbo Tax a couple years back when filing was supposed to be free and then hitting me with a fee for the filing plus a processing fee from Green Dot I switched to OLT. (Online taxes). I found the site on the IRS site. No fees, just as fast as Turbo. Why pay if you don't have to ?!

There is no way I'd try to do My own taxes, with changes in tax laws or sometimes even what You can claim. It's far too complicated to take upon my own and I'm not interested in having any problems with the IRS, the State or anybody else. I'm not comfortable doing it any other way.
