How are the Military members of the Train attack going to be allowed to wear their Legion of Honour.

All though they are members of the American Armed Forces, and they are still if France, they are not on orders. They are not on military duty in that country. Are they going to be allowed to wear there awards from that country on their ASU's. Will this be allowed to be put on there DD-214 as a foreign award. I think that it should. Also do you see any awards from our president in the near future as the french did, or will they get a CoA from there respective chain of commands? What is your thoughts on this.
