Ask your PSG for a time to go.<br /><br />Are you at your duty station? <br /><br />Take it to your S1 there. Ask your Team Leader/Squad Leader/Section NCOIC/whoever your first line leader is when to go.<br /><br />Are you Guard/Reserve?<br /><br />Take it to your S1/UA. Get the information from your first line leader, polite thing to do is email it.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Make absolutely sure that S1 only gets a COPY of your Award Certificate and the DA Form 638. DO NOT give them the original copy. Congrats on the AAM, keep it up.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You also want to ensure that the award is in iperms, it can not be placed on your ERB until it is. And it is the responsibility of the approving authority level to place it in operas. For example a company level award would be placed into iperms by the company level S1, BN level award into operas by the BN S1. Well that is how it is supposed to work anyway.
