Texas voted back in March. My guy for POTUS, Cruz, was still going strong then. But he is out now leaving Trump as the last man standing. That's ok with me, Trump was my second choice.
But, what else that was on the Texas primary ballots (GOP side) was just the same old bunch of RINOs for the Texas Legislature. Just because the map shows Texas as a red state doesn't make it so for its legislature. Controlled by republicans who always vote Democrat. The State senate is true Republican, but the House is full of crony corruption, who could care less what the Governor, Lt.Gov., senate, or the people of Texas wants.
The same is true for most of our Congressional delegation. My Congresscritter is running unopposed in the primary and she will be reelected even though she is a RINO. The US Senate side for Texas is 50/50. I am not voting in the primary here for two reasons. One, I would have to designate myself as a Republican or Democrat, and I don't want to do that.
