So scientists at MIT create sport clothing that adjusts to what you're doing. Physical activity it becomes lighter, allowing your body to breath.

It's going to be interesting when the DOD picks this up and decide to turn it into a force wide PT Uniform. Picture it now ladies and gentlemen. Monday morning and your whole company is out running in spandex. Brings a whole new horror to be in the ranks during the bend and reach.... You know its coming.

All jokes aside this is some pretty wild stuff, with some interesting implications. Certainly see it being refined and utilized to keep us cool while we're weighed down in the sand and sun.

Manipulating life like that is impressionable, however, seems that there could be other ways to use life. Didn't seem practical to have a few flaps open when sweating. Dry fit does the same and probably better.

Spandex for Army PT? For the most part, OK. However, let's keep it away from the Air Force and Navy. That's an image I wish to contemplate as little as possible.
