Baker2466491

Sir, I have never had any trouble, what ranks are you trying to add? Warrant Officers, we are unique in that we can add folks of equal rank, higher rank and lower rank based upon a track or position. In your case, you may only be able to add 2LT, all warrants and enlisted. One thing else you will want to do, in my experience (famous LT words for satire) you will have trouble gaining superiors who actually answer them and then the lower enlisted often don't check email. Make sure in order to gain the required three superior and 5 each peer and subordinate that you ask three times the requirement to get the responses to close the MSAF. I can speak from having completed four of them since 2003 that they are great feedback and you get some good stuff to grow as a leader. So send it to at least 9 superior (by rank and chain of command) and a minimum of 15 each for peer and sub. Your peers may be PLT LDRs such as your self regardless of 1LT/2LT or any 1LT you know or went to school with.

Hope this helps some and oh, MSAF is temperamental at times, try again.Response by CW5 Sam R.
