I believe that VA policy states that they have 20 days to produce records or they must provide written justification if it will take longer. I received neither. When I finally was able to get ahold of someone today I was told it can take more than 8 months and as long as 2 years. Have any of you been able to obtain a copy of a C&P exam that has been performed by a contractor such as QTC? 2016-03-30T13:32:00-04:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 1416100 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Since my physical was performed by a contractor I had to request it through the regional office in Oakland.
