Her employer does not care where or with whom she lives.<br />If you are in Government controlled housing then there are restrictions on how long you can have guest(s). However, if you are in a private rental then the military has no say in who lives with you as long as you are abiding by your rental agreement. They will sponsor her. Also community bank can sponsor as well. I had a friend that got divorced while there and community bank became her sponsor. I'm not sure of the rules for any of this but thought I would share.
