Has the STAB Board been replaced by another procedure?

I'm having an NCOER corrected following an erroneous flag. Both the flag and the incorrect NCOER were active during the selection board. I understand the STAB boards went away with the new promotion system, but I can't find any information on the HRC website about what, if anything, has taken their place. Does anyone have any knowledge and or experience regarding this?

The STAB was renamed to "records re-evaluation", but the process is still the same (Para 4-13 of AR 600-8-19*).
