It wasn't bad but be prepared to keep on them to meet contract deadlines. They seemed a little overworked and confused sometimes. You really have to do a thorough research on the property.<br />Because there maybe issues with the asking price, right of way, easements, equipment/building, septic, terrain, mineral rights to name a few. You put the bid in via mail, and they open them up in Austin. They will let you know on the web if you won. If not, tough cookie.
