It wasn't bad but be prepared to keep on them to meet contract deadlines. They seemed a little overworked and confused sometimes. You really have to do a thorough research on the property.<br />Because there maybe issues with the asking price, right of way, easements, equipment/building, septic, terrain, mineral rights to name a few. Go for it. Never used the auction...did not know about it. Will have to check it out. You put the bid in via mail, and they open them up in Austin. They will let you know on the web if you won. If not, tough cookie.
