While a Recruiting Commander in Philadelphia we had several Soldiers who we put into the USAR utilize this program to gain employment. As a former recruiter I presented this program in all of my interviews. Now as a marketer for the program I can share with you that we have had some success with Soldiers getting their interview and being hired. On our website you will see some testimonials. Our team of marketers have been in place now since December and one of the things we are stressing to our current partners is to make sure they are updating our database when they interview and/or hire one of our PaYS Soldiers. This is the only way we can capture our ROI. I would love to discuss this with you in greater detail if you like. Please feel free to contact me at:
[login to see] or [login to see] . Great discussing question and thanks for bringing this to RallyPoint.

Damon StingerResponse by SFC Damon Stinger made Jun 4 at 2015 12:28 AM2015-06-04T00:28:54-04:002015-06-04T00:28:54-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member737145

This is an excellent question! I've read a good deal on this program, but as I am active duty, I do not have a need for it at the moment. Good thought to give the program a bump, though.
