Most of the reviews seem to indicate that the cosmetic device makes your teeth (and upper lip) look large and awkward. Plus, if you smile too much, the top of the device will show. And, depending on the color of your real teeth, they might contrast with the lower teeth quite a bit. At their price, unless someone is completely broke, they might be worth a gamble. If it doesn&#39;t work, they&#39;re not out very much money. LTC Kevin B.
