Has anyone separated to go to PA school, then reentered service? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/has-anyone-separated-to-go-to-pa-school-then-reentered-service

I was wondering if anyone here has gone through the experience of separating from service, attending PA school (or any other long term academic endeavor), then reentering service after graduation. If so:

-How long did the process take for you to reenter after contacting a recruiter?

-Did you start working with a recruiter while you were still in school, or did you wait until after graduation/certification?

Thank you in advance for any input! Fully funded, retain your pay at your current grade then earn a commission after finishing your MSPA. Do you plan to borrow money or use your MGIB? Then apply for a Direct Commission after you graduate? I went to PA school, and now coming back in. I didn’t plan it that way. You’re not currently in, correct? You can pm me if you prefer to chat more about PA programs. 1LT Private RallyPoint Member Sun, 16 Sep 2018 23:21:42 -0400 2018-09-16T23:21:42-04:00 2018-09-16T16:17:46-04:00
