Has anyone seen the Newday Loan commercials and how they are there for us Vets?

Have you seen the NewDay Loan Commercials and how they are here to help us Veterans? I have tried two separate times and 5 emails and calls each time and NO ONE bothers to even call back after you get this form letter from them. Has Anyone used them and how are they to work with?

Yep...I see it all of the time. No, I have not tried to contact them....It actually cracks me up cause the Admiral makes it seem like oh wow! you vets don't even have to put any money down, but he says it like he's doing VETS a favor. The commercial also talks about Cash out refinance....which in the STATE of TEXAS is NOT allowed on VA and FHA loans. I have often thought of calling them up to tell them they should mention that in their TV ad. I have also thought of calling to pretend I'm a borrower to see what they have to say...Sorry you are having trouble with them.
