Recruiters says wait six months and we will sent you to OCS. I refused. Retook it again and raised it to 136. Had my GED by then. Send me your email and I will send you a copy of my book. Soon to be publised. The math is what got me and being so far removed from high school really messed me up. A lot of that stuff I had just simply forgotten and I didn’t need or use it in undergrad. So, I went to the FAST class (it’s called something different now) to learn the material better and to retake it. My overall score well though up by 25 points. So, it helped a lot. I’d call the education center to see what the name of it is and go and take that course. Different installations has it set up in different ways so you’d have to figure that part out. There was no big difference in the test. The only difference was that I understood more. They might have that at your unit sgt. It’s a month long course filled with basic arithmetic computation, reading comprehension strategies, and pre-algebra. I retook mine many years after coming into the military and did much better and I used those practice exams and tutorials as study guides. It's called the FAST class. Check with your education center and see what they have available to you.
