It does not look good. The word I got was TERA is going to be extremely limited due to the fact that the Corps lost more than intended in the drawdown. A specific example given to me was TERA in lieu of a PEB for a senior Marine with the time on the books. Sad news lads; it looks like one more enlistment for those of us at 15+.
