This is very common things that happen with MOSQ or reclass classes. Were you in reserved status or Wait status as a student? You should always check to make sure the course is still ongoing even if you get orders to attend, I even had that happen to me once a long time ago. I even had my SLC slot canceled while I was standing in formation at SLC. What they don't tell you is that they prioritize slots sometimes based on availability to those who are coming from farther away like Hawaii, Germany, or Korea. So they'll bump a stateside slot if they forecasted too many. That was my experience, but I'm pretty sure the schoolhouse may have a different explanation. It wasn't till I left the unit before I got to attend enroute.
