Specifically have you had referrals denied multiple times forcing you to pay for dependent or retiree care out of pocket? Have you found that they will not approve care or supporting diagnostics for serious (and expensive) treatment such as joint replacements, heart ailments, cancer, surgeries etc. ? I just went to TFL so this doesn&#39;t apply to me but they have a patient advocate. If you are having issues, you need to find that person ASAP. You might also want to alert your congress person about issues you are having with the contractor. Document everything!!!
