Has anyone had any luck getting ahold of RP

So I've been trying to get a hold of RP for the last few weeks with questions regarding my account and still have not heard anything back. Anyone have any similar experiences with the mods of this site?

Verification desk gets backlogged and poor MAJ Laurie H. frantically tries to keep up. The member admins can't help with verification, but I promise you they are all over it. She's been tagged several times and is aware of your situation. Hang tough.
