Has any other Chaplain Assistants been in a role like this? My job would be to process the paperwork for the recruits, not to actually go an recruit them. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was involved with the Chaplain recruiting process a few years ago. There is much more flexibility in regards to medical standards and obtaining waivers. (At least back then) You will want to focus your efforts on both the experienced Clergy and those just graduating out of college.
