Has anyone gone through the med board process after back surgery and lingering pain? What was your process like?

I don't know exactly what you had done, and I haven't been to a med board. I cracked a number of vertebrae in my lower back from a training accident Fast Roping from a helo. I could walk, but was in severe pain. They wanted to do surgery, but I refused. What brought me the most relief, was doing Yoga, Pilates, and a lot of planks. Wish I had more advice for you, sorry. If you need any exercise tips, let me know. Best of luck to you buddy!

Old post but, yes I've had 7 surgeries and been to med board. The board is only temp. You'll have to go again and again. The VA barely listens to the boards recommendations.
