Has anybody gotten a cortisone(steroid) injection on the foot? if so, did it work for you?

SGT Private RallyPoint Member - I have received several for plantar fasciitis and they did relieve the pain for a period of time and offered relief during the healing process.

I also recently got one in my hip to relieve pain from a bursitis inflammation.

Never got one in the foot, but used to get them in my knuckles due to bone spurs due to excessive steering wheel vibration in my 1965 MGB.

I have. It worked very well for a short period of time. It didn't cause any damage or addiction, but it's not permanent relief either. I know some people who get them somewhat regularly.

I gave had multiple injections in my back. They work depending on the problem being treated
