Based on your bank you can see an incoming deposit online. However, it may help to call the bank and ask them if you have a pending deposit that they can see. Banks are different and some banks hold your money longer than others before releasing it. If your bank does not see the money, well maybe something is wrong.Response by CPT Mark Gonzalez made Mar 28 at 2016 8:07 AM2016-03-28T08:07:41-04:002016-03-28T08:07:41-04:00SFC Dr. Joseph Finck, BS, MA, DSS1409414<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="240688" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/240688-a1c-conner-sturdevant">A1C Conner Sturdevant</a> I normally am paid on the last day of the month or day before the last day. Both are usually disbursed to your financial institution around the 28th of the month depending on whether that date falls on the weekend or on a holiday, so, it is pretty much up to the individual financial institution as to when they credit it to your account so long as they credit it to be available by the actual pay date (last working day or first working day of the month as indicated above).Response by CWO2 John Markiewicz made Mar 28 at 2016 12:42 PM2016-03-28T12:42:15-04:002016-03-28T12:42:15-04:001SG James Lampe1410040<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've not had this problem myself, but I know a few Veterans who have had this problem. In their case, their benefits were/are being paid by the VA. When they inquired about the issue they were told that since they hadn't made their 6 month check up appointments for X times, the benefit had been suspended. I'm not suggesting that this is why your benefit hasn't been disbursed yet, but if you are getting comp/disability pay through the VA it may be worth contacting them. If you do, contact the Regional Center, not the Hospital/Clinic. I would also follow the advice in the other comments you've received. All of it is good advice. Good luck brother.Response by 1SG James Lampe made Mar 28 at 2016 1:08 PM2016-03-28T13:08:57-04:002016-03-28T13:08:57-04:00LCDR Michael Pumilia5836090<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Typically VA disability compensation is paid on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, it is paid on the Friday. Same is true if the 1st falls on a Monday which is also a national holiday, ie gov't holiday. My bank receives the electronic VA files the day before the official "pay" day, so it goes in my account early. So in my case could be on the 26th in Feb is the day the bank puts it in my account or the 28th in a 30 day month when Monday is the 1st also.Response by LCDR Michael Pumilia made Apr 30 at 2020 10:19 PM2020-04-30T22:19:21-04:002020-04-30T22:19:21-04:002016-03-28T08:03:43-04:00
