Call DTS again &amp; ask them for the name &amp; phone number of the DTA for your current unit. It would be good to get the DTA name &amp; phone number for your Old unit, too. Once you have those names &amp; phone numbers, call the phone number for your Old unit first &amp; ask them if your DTS account has been &quot;detached&quot;. Make sure they check the DTS system! (tactfully of course). If they did, then call the DTA for your New unit &amp; tell them to transfer (the technical term is &quot;receive&quot;) your DTS account into your current.
