Effectively and efficiently uses established procedures, tools, equipment, and technologies to complete transactions related to inbound processes within a distribution center. Shift: 1st Hours: 10:00AM – Job completion Pay Rate: Varies depending on experience<br />Shift: 3rd Hours: 7:00PM/8:00 PM - Job completion Pay Rate: Varies depending on experience<br />Shift: 3rd Late Hours: 10:00PM - Job completion Pay Rate: Varies depending on experience<br />Position Requirements<br />•High School Diploma or equivalent • Able to safely meet performance expectations for quality, productivity and housekeeping. • Able to operate wrist-worn or hand-held computerized scanning equipment. • Continuous standing and walking.<br />• Continuous lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent lifting up to 75 lbs, occasional lifting up to 125 pounds and assisted lifting in excess of 125lbs. • Grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting of pallets and product from floor to shoulder heights. • Use of industrial equipment including tugger, pallet jacks, carts and other equipment as needed. • Able to work as part of a team and cross train into other jobs with similar functional requirements.<br />Grainger is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
