Sgt Tom Cunnally It is about time that someone brought up the "I-word". I have actually been waiting for this for a few months. What Hillary has done seems to be absolutely, and very clearly, illegal. I would advise caution until all evidence has been gathered, but if the facts really point where they seem to indicate now, then impeachment should be the least of her worries.

Yeah I heard it and I don't know why anyone would say that if not to help Hillary. She made us vulnerable to hackers. If she has no problem with that then she should not ever be president.

Had you, me, or any other person in the military had done what Sec Clinton has done, we'd have already lost our security clearance, more than likely kicked out of the service, and maybe be spending some time in Leavenworth making small rocks out of big rocks. I also want to know how in the world classified information was air gapped from classified systems to an unsecured email server. Someone did some very illegal things to put Sec Clinton in the position she's in...

Brooks said that Clinton "would be subject to impeachment," adding, "subject to impeachment means that should the House and Senate so choose, she could be impeached based on offenses, high crimes and misdemeanors, that she has in all probability already committed."
Brooks pointed to a section in the federal code that prohibits the "unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material," though suggested other areas could also apply to Clinton.

"I don't know, off hand, whether her commission of these offenses is a legal barrier to running for president. But if Congress should so choose, it would be a legal basis for her removal from office," Brooks said later in the interview.

"Why do you think Joe Biden is thinking about running for president?" Brooks asked. "To a large degree, he's waiting to see if Hillary Clinton gets arrested or indicted."

Its like every day the conservative block in the House has to out-Conservative one another. This idea is so ludicrous I don't see how any elected official could even pretend to support it. She's not even an elected official at the moment, and if she becomes an elected official in the future, she cannot be impeached for things she is accused of doing when she was not an elected official. This is just stupid.

I am pretty sure you can't impeach someone not currently holding an office.
Criminal charges, on the other hand... that will be up to the Attorney General.

Impeachment?!? She is not even in any position at all, that is how "crazy" thing is getting. She can face criminal charges now, but no possible way to actually impeach her ... sigh ...
