Good resource for white papers, academic studies, etc?

I am looking for good resources for military-based academic articles, white papers, etc.

I have been using the few professional journals that I know about, such as Army Engineer, Prism, Army AL&T, etc. I used to be able to find the white papers from CGSC on the CAC website, but I have since lost the link.

Does anyone have any good suggestions on where to look for these articles and studies? Broadening my knowledge is part of my developmental plan prior to Captains Career Course and this is a very useful tool for this.
