Going to MEPS soon to join the guard. Does anyone have a contract template or redacted contract I can see?

I'm just wanting to know what SLRP and bonuses look in an actual contract so that I don't accidentally sign a form abc with the contract, and a separate form xyz with the SLRP and bonus on it, and then get told "wtf is a form xyz? Lol that wasn't actually in the contract and isn't binding," or something crazy like that.

Just a little nervous as I already got screwed out of a bonus when I first joined ages ago (which was my fault as a young dumb 18 year old but it still makes me apprehensive now), and have heard lots of stories from buddies about how they got screwed out of incentives when first joining.
