Based upon the current events in our country and around the world, what would you suggest a room full of people of the same sex as you as their top 3 items to focus on in 2017?

I am looking specifically for man to men and woman to women answers, but open to opposite gender responses.

SPC Sheila Lewis Thank you for your comment. Can you expand on your comments? My take on this is for them to position themselves better financially. Did I understand you correctly? What are your other two points or suggestions for them?

The thing I would say to a room of men, is that if they don't start acting like men, the Nation and World is in trouble.
Men have sat quiet, because that is what we were raised to do. To be gentlemen BUT we have sat quiet while masculinity has been attacked. Look at these sadsacks whining and protesting? What are they really protesting? Life being unfair and not getting their way? What would a man say to their child for throwing fit and pouting in public? Since they babies do not have a man in their life to tell them to knock it off...other men need to step for the other boy's failures.

MSG Brad Sand Thank you for your comments. Item #1 would be for men to act like men. What would the other two points be for you to suggest they consider?

#2 Acting like men means not sitting silently when you see evil is right in front you.
#3 God gave you a pair of balls and not just too scratch or to have something to play with.

Given that I am not so presumptuous to tell anyone what they should and should not be focused on, I wouldn't tell them anything.

SGT David T. Agreed, I would not want to be in a position to "tell someone what to do (or not to do)," that was not the point of the question. It was simply a question of insight.

For example, if someone is on their feet all day and you knew from experience that when the opportunity to find a place to sit down would benefit them in the long term, would you still stay silent? or offer a suggestion to find a place to sit and rest their feet for a moment while they could?

Thanks for your comment.
