Reserve Component Service Members can no longer use MGI Bill 1606 and 1607 while receiving Army Tuition Assistance simultaneously. I feel this is detrimental to recruiting, retention and morale of the reserve components.<br /><br />With the changes to TA (16 credit hours per year and a $4500 cap, rather than only the $4500 cap) and the new GI Bill stipulations; Is the classic incentive of education-money, still a good incentive to join the reserve components?<br /><br />Should there be different rules regarding education-money for reserve and active components?
