There are still a large number of employers and positions out here which frown on tattoos or tattooed employees engaging with the public, customers, clients, etc. A good rule of thumb for future reference would be to consider avoiding tats on any area where they can be observed when dressed in work attire. Sometimes a death's head tattoo can be a turn-off to more sensitive people.
