In the NCOES they use the average of the P/up & s/up events to allow all individuals compete for honors, either adopt that for across the board scoring or develop a scale so that those with a P2 could conceivably receive a better rating on their NCOERs.Response by SFC William Swartz Jr made Feb 28 at 2014 2:25 PM2014-02-28T14:25:58-05:002014-02-28T14:25:58-05:00SFC Michael Hasbun66684<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>They should definitely grade these events. There's no point in trying to bust your butt when barely passing and blowing it away net you the same results.Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Feb 28 at 2014 2:26 PM2014-02-28T14:26:30-05:002014-02-28T14:26:30-05:00COL Private RallyPoint Member4929677<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Leave them as pass fail. If you can't do one of the required events your score shouldn't matter. Just pass. I know too many high ranking officers and ncos that have permanent profiles and still get promoted. If push ups, situps, and running 2 miles are so important, a profile should be the same as a fail.Response by COL Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 18 at 2019 6:04 PM2019-08-18T18:04:18-04:002019-08-18T18:04:18-04:002014-02-28T14:22:34-05:00
