I do have to say on here that I want to thank SFC SANCHEZ for helping me the last couple of years and pushing me as hard as he did, I may not have liked it but it was worth it. <div>I will also thank CSM HOCKENBERRY, my BDE CSM for taking the time to not only look over our records but give us insight on what they look at and giving us and order o merit off of our records. I have an outstanding NCOS support channel here in 30th ADA BDE. The Army truly created the best command teams I have ever served under. I have never witnessed every 1SG, SGM and CSM from the BDE level down look over our records and give us and honest prefessional assessment of our careers.</div><div>I thank SFC Sanchez and SFC Everrett for looking over my uniform many times. </div><div>I truly respect these NCO's and will thank them public ally when I am promoted. </div><div><br></div><div>Congratulations to everyone who made the list, and to those who did not, DON'T STOP PUSHING YOURSELVES. don't settle for second best.</div><div>Rater's push your NCO's and give then honest feedback early on to keep them on track.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div> Response by SFC Timothy Riser made Apr 12 at 2014 1:20 PM 2014-04-12T13:20:54-04:00 2014-04-12T13:20:54-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 101694 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><div class="question_description" style=""><div id="comment_101693"><br /><div id="collapsed_content_101693">I was kinda shocked because I didn't make it and didn't have any shortcoming that I knew of IAW AAR. That is taking care of business. Your DA Photo is the first thing the board panel with see. This is a hand shake to them. Your DA Photo, ERB and OMPF must be the same. If you are wearing awards, they must to on your ERB and have documentation without your OMPF (board file). It's simple! Take time to take care of yourself. If not, you will never get promoted. Updating your records is your individual responsibility.
