There has always been dicipline issues but it seems it got a lot worse.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 5 at 2014 6:18 AM2014-04-05T06:18:21-04:002014-04-05T06:18:21-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member94150

Now I have never been stationed in Fort Hood so I cannot
comment on the what Mr. Aleman said. However my professional believe is this
latest shooting just so happen to be on the same base as the 2009 shooting. You
must remember Fort Hood is not the only installation that has had it share of
issues. Here in Fort Campbell we have had issues of a Soldier shooting his spouse
and even a civilian shooting a Soldier. Those stories did not make it to
National media. Of course this incident happened at a larger scale however I
believe it just so happen to be Fort Hood again.

Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 5 at 2014 7:55 AM2014-04-05T07:55:50-04:002014-04-05T07:55:50-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member94175

I really think it is just a bad coincidence. It's been over three years since the last shooting. Over 50% of the personnel on Ft Hood have turned over since then.
