Perhaps its good to see both which I happen to see both. I care about my Soldiers, and I want to know how my leadership effects them personally and professionally. On a numbers side, I like to save the Army money and time and to maximize output of work as I used to work in a factory. A good manager is a good at efficiency and they know how to cut out useless tasks in order to meet a demand and even exceed it. A leader needs to do the same but care for his or her people as well.
